Waterford Canal Fest: Free Country Dance

One of the great Spring events of the Albany-Saratoga, NY area will happen this weekend in Waterford.

According to WaterfordCanalFest.com, "The Village of Waterford & RiverSpark Canal Fest is an annual festival held on Mother's Day weekend in May and coincides with the Spring opening of the Erie Canal Heritage Corridor. The Waterford Festival is the first event along the entire Erie Canal Corridor, which covers 524 miles of navigable water from Lake Champlain to the Capital Region and west to Buffalo."

In addition to live bands and great food and vendors, on Saturday, May 10 from noon-2 p.m., you can join us for a Free Country Line Dance Party on the Erie Canal Lock 2 Stage.
