Watch This Family Jump Out of a Window to Escape Fire [Video]

Yesterday my husband sent me this crazy video of a family in Russia who had to jump out a window of their fifth floor apartment in order to escape a fire!  It happened earlier this month.

First the dad threw a throw rug out of the window so that the neighbors could use the carpet to save the family!

After the neighbors stretched out the carpet, the parents tossed the children out the window and jumped themselves.

First they tossed their 11-month-old baby and their three-year-old down.  Then the woman jumped, followed by her husband, and they all survived, but the dad suffered spinal injuries.

It kind of makes you wonder what you would do if your family was faced with this kind of situation.
