Watch Chris Lane and His Twin Audition for ‘American Idol’ Long Before ‘Fix’ [Video]

Chris Lane opened for Dustin Lynch before WGNA's holiday show and he brought the house down! Before he took the stage, I had the chance to catch up with him in the green room at Upstate Concert Hall and I asked him why he was so different, and what will make him stand out from the rest of the pack of good looking country boys in Nashville. He told me he has a certain Justing Timberlake aspect to his vocals and his personality and he assured me I'd love the show.

I did. In fact I really really like his set.  I think he's a star!  And his new single 'Fix' is currently tearing up country radio. I've posted that video below so you can see the comparison between that, and... uh... this...

Is that one of the most awkward, cringe-worthy things you've ever seen?! Yikes! And who is Ashley!? WTF?! It was Season 7, and the Lane twins had a lot of livin' left to do.

Chris, on behalf of all your friends at 'GNA, thanks for growing up a little, leaving Ashley in North Carolina, and for ditching the flip flops and yellow polo!
