Fire up that grill. We hit 70 degrees earlier this afternoon. Gas or charcoal it doesn't matter.

When I grill here are my 5 favorite meats throw on the flames.

5. Chicken - Slather the sauce on thick.
4. Hot Dogs - Burnt or not, they are awesome.
3. Ribs - Flip them about 4 times, then pull them off sauce them up thick and wrap in foil then pop them back on in the foil for about 20 minutes.
2. Italian sausage - I like to put the on the grill with the direct flame and just keep rolling them back and forth until they are done.
1. Steak - Medium to be exact.
