Man, when the stock market falls it falls hard and fast. Apparently nobody has a parachute to pull and soften the blow.

The Dow plunged 258 points today to start the 4th quarter on a very sour note for the US Economy. A lot of the hit was in bank stocks, in particular Bank Of America really took a big hit today. American investors are worried that Greece might default and send the ripples through the entire European Union, there are also signs that China's economy is slowing down and that has investors skittish as well.

Do you notice a common theme with the scenarios above, our American stock market is down because of problems in Greece and China. What does that mean? It means we have no freaking control over our own economy and that's sad America, very sad indeed. Here's the story on the stock market whiskey flip from MSN.
