It's the end of another week so that means it's time to break out another great country song and video from the past with this week's edition of Flashback Friday. I'm in a party mood today, so how bout a song that represents that mood. This week we go back to 1994 for Wade Hayes' debut hit "Old Enough To Know Better"

From the Album of the same name, this was not only Wade's first hit, but also his first and only  #1 single of his career. It was released in late 1994 and hit the top of the charts in early 1995.  Even though Wade never reached the top of the charts after this tune, he had plenty of  top 10 hits including "Don't Stop", "What I Meant To Say" and "On A Good Night".

Following his debut, Wade spent the next ten years touring and recording music and then took a break in 2004. He then returned in 2008 to sing and play guitar in Randy Owen's touring band. In 2009, he released an album  called "Place To Turn Around".

Hope you enjoyed this country memory to get your blood flowing for the weekend!! Be sure to check back here every Friday as we go back in time with some great country from the 80's, 90's and early 2000's.
