Veteran’s Day 2012 – Statler Brothers Song To Honor Vets

In honor of Veteran's Day 2012, I wanted to share one of my favorite songs that honors the vets. In 1989, the Statler Brothers scored their final top 10 hit with a song titled 'More Than A Name On A Wall.'

Penned by Jimmy Fortune, the tenor of the group, 'More Than A Name On A Wall' became the group's final Top 10 Billboard Chart hit in 1989, although they would continue and tour until 2002.
