Upstate NY Resident Fires Gun At Tourist Who Accidentally Pulled In Driveaway

A New Hampshire man who was trying to find his son's seasonal home was shot at after pulling in the wrong driveway.

According to the Post Star, Brian Tschorn was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment after firing a few rounds at a vehicle turning around on his property Sunday night. One shot nearly hit the driver! The article says the driver, who is from New Hampshire, was looking for his sons vacation home and got lost. The driver was in the process of turning around and leaving the property when fired upon.
