Upstate NY Cowboy Tries to Ride Horse Across NYC Bridge [VIDEO]

It is illegal for a pedestrian to cross a bridge, so one would assume this includes riding a horse. Tod "Doc" Mishler of Ulster Park thought differently.This really is something you do not see everyday: a man riding a horse across a major bridge in New York City: the Outerbridge Crossing between Staten Island and Perth Amboy, N.J. You have to see this video from CBS 2 in New York to believe it:

Ya know, this kind of stuff you just can't make up. I have thought I have seen it all. And I gotta say, if I was stuck in this traffic my road rage would have been bubbling over! But seeing a dude riding a  horse was the cause of the back up, I think I could laugh this one off.

Ya gotta love this guy—Doc seems a like a free spirit who goes by the beat of his own drum.
