Two Local Children Dead After ATV Collides With Dump Truck

A 12 and 16- year- old from Gilboa are dead after a tragic accident earlier this afternoon.According to News 10 ABC the victims were 12-year-old Brittany Payes from Gilboa and 16-year-old Jefferey Jones of North Blenheim. The children were riding on an ATV and crossed into the road in front of the dump truck on State Route 30 at the corner of Route 990V.
