Daniel Kocienski and Thomas Fuller were both arrested. Officials from New York State ENCON and a New York State Trooper responded to the call.

In the story from CBS 6 Albany, Fuller was allegedly seen shooting at the animal, with a rifle over his head. Right near where Fuller and Kocienski were standing, authorities also discovered a dead rabbit. Kocienski received a ticket for Taking Small Game Out Of Season.

Fuller had several other ENCON charges including hunting a turkey with a rifle, firing a gun within 500 feet of a dwelling along with others.
