A marked, New York State Police car was parked at a gas pump at the Stewart's Shop on Route 7 in Brunswick on Sunday.

A man that was driving his truck pulled into the pump area of the convenience store. After he got out of his truck, he started to walk, and then allegedly stumbled right into the front of the State Police car.

After the stumbling incident, 50-year-old Mark M. Masterson from Troy, was given some field sobriety tests. After New York State Police gave Masterson the tests, it was determined that he was allegedly drunk. According to the article from the Times Union, the tests showed that Masterson allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .18 percent, and was then arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He was issued several appearance tickets and charged with Aggravated D.W.I.
