Troy Man Allegedly Drove Drunk With A Flat Tire And With Children In His Car

A person that was driving on Pawling Avenue in Troy called the police about another car that was being driven erratically.

In a story that I read in the Times Union, Aaron Beach was pulled over after being spotted driving on Spring Avenue. The Troy Police officers also noticed that he had a flat tire, and may have been intoxicated. The other thing the police saw was that there were two young children in the car. They were three and five years old.

Beach failed a breathalyzer test, and was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law. Beach was also charged with operating an uninspected vehicle.

I’m very glad that no one got hurt and both children are fine.
