Country 107.7, WGNA begins our 2 day "Country Cares for St. Jude Kids" Radiothon at 6am tomorrow morning with The Sean and Richie Show.

Each year we all hope it is out last. Why? Because if the day comes that we don't need to raise money to give families and kids hope in the battle against numerous childhood cancers, then that will mean cures have been found. That would truly be a blessed day. Unfortunately this is not the case. Many families and children right here in the Capital Region have benefited from the treatments that have been discovered at St. Jude and are now used everywhere including Albany Medical Center. Many families right here at home have taken their children "free of charge" for treatment at St. Jude in Memphis. You will be meeting the parents and the kids and hearing how your money over the years has been saving children in our own backyard. Please put this phone number in your cell and call in to give what you can tomorrow or Thursday between 6am and 7pm. (518) 346-0022. If you can, become a WGNA St. Jude "Partner in Hope" for just $20 a month. Here is a quick video to show you the miracles and the hope that St. Jude brings to families every day. As a father of 5, I want to know that if my kids ever needed it that St. Jude would be there for them. That is what the next 2 days is about. Caring, and making sure that all parents and children afflicted with childhood cancer have hope and St. Jude gives that and much more to them each and every day.
