Tim McGraw, Kenny Rogers, Blake Shelton, Sara Evans Send Kevin Richards CMA Greetings

It's an honor to be nominated for CMA Radio Personality of the Year in 2013! Considering the hundreds of people that are eligible for the trophy, I already feel like a winner just making the Top 5!

Since my frist nomination, I've received several cards and letters from some of Nashville's top record labels, and even a hand written note from Keith Urban and Bob Kingsley.  In addition, a few other stars have taken the time to acknowledge the rare feat of my sixth CMA nomination. It's no secret that I love Country Music and work just about every day of the week, on air and on the dance floor, to share that passion. Win or lose, I'll keep the music playing and will always be thankful that I was even considered for this award. Not to mention, even more proud that I actually took home a trophy in 2006, and I am usually the only solo host up against morning show teams. (Steve Wariner is pictured above announcing the 2013 CMA Broadcast Nominees)
