Tim Burton's latest stop motion animated movie is called "Frankenweenie". It's the story of a young boy who brings his dog back to life like Frankenstein.

It features the voices of Winona Ryder, Martin Short, Catherine O'Hara and Martin Landau.  It's based on a short film Burton made in 1984, when he was still at Disney. Disney FIRED Burton because of the original "Frankenweenie".  They felt he had wasted their money on a film that was too dark and scary for children. You can see the original as a extra on the "Nightmare Before Christmas" DVD. Funny fact, the new film is a Disney film.
