Thomas Rhett Nails This Bruno Mars Cover Hard [Watch]

Thomas Rhett has notably stated that he's "obsessed with Bruno Mars' records," and he'd "give my right leg to be able to sing like that dude."

So, it wasn't that surprising when Thomas tweeted his fans on December 10th, promising to record his own version of "When I Was Your Man" — Bruno Mars' blockbuster power ballad from 2013 — if 3,000 followers showed their support by retweeting the post. Nearly 4,000 fans complied… so, he did it, and I think you'll find the results simply stunning.

The song is stripped down and real, and the footage from the video is real, too- it's footage of Rhett and his wife of 2 years.
