He sees you when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake. If you see somebody watching you, call the cops for goodness sake! That's what local residents have been have been asked to do as the so called "Sleeper Creeper" has made his way around Saratoga Springs.  Police however, feel like they may have gotten the man they believe enters the house, makes his way to the bedroom, and watches you sleep.

Newschannel 13 has the surreal story about the man Katherine Henry and her fiancee Paul Kisselbrack woke up to, watching them while they slept in their Saratoga home last week. He's 31 year old Ramiz Hajratalli.  Kisselbrack, a retired police investigator, chased the gawker out of him home and apprehended him a block away and held him until police arrived.

Other local residents are being encouraged to come forward if they too have had similar experiences.  With Hajratalli in police custody, it appears as if Saratoga residents are resting a little more comfortably but as Kisselbrack stated "There are times when I open my eyes in the middle of the night I'm half expecting him standing in the doorway again. That's a creepy thought."
