I was just talking to a friend at work and he was telling me about a new show called "The Profit" that is premiering tonight on CNBC. He was telling me that the the show is about this businessman, Marcus Lemonis, who goes to different small businesses and saves them from financial crisis. Now while that sounds like a lot of other reality-type business shows, the difference with this is he invests his own money. Now that takes ... well you know what.

I feel like that makes this show a cross between "Bar Rescue" and "Shark Tank"— both are favorites of mine.

So who is Marcus Lemonis? Well I looked it up and he is the Chairman and CEO of Camping World and Good Sam Enterprises, and according to the CNBC website he has successfully turned around over 100 businesses, so this isn't something he is doing FOR a show it's a show about what he has been doing for years on his own.

So, I thought I'd pass this along to you, I know I'll be taping it and hope it is as inspirational, entertaining and informative as it seems. You should check it out as well and let me know what you think. It is scheduled to be on at 10:30 p.m.

Here is a clip I found that is all of the things I just mentioned, especially inspirational and entertaining.
