One of my more painful memories as a kid was watching some of the more unpopular  kids in my class get pulverized by dodgeball.  I don't know if they survived, but the sport sure has! 

You heard right!  According to and the Wall Street Journa it's very popular now in Las Vegas, and you can make some big bucks playing it.

I've included an example of an "Ultimate Dodgeball" championship from last year to give you an example of what it is like.

I don't get it.. Schools feel that it is not appropriate to have a sport that is built on the idea of hurting someone, and yet it's becoming a huge adult sport.

Sorry, but I never liked the sport much.  You?  I'd love to know your opinions!
