You got the Monday blues? I know I do, but then again, I do every Monday morning. There is nothing better though than that first cup of coffee, right? Then you start thinking about all those times you have heard that caffeine is bad for you, maybe you find yourself limiting the coffee to one a day maybe two. Well you may be doing yourself a disservice.

It seems like for every study out there that says coffee is bad for you , there is another that says it is good. So which is it? I don't know but I do have one more study for the "good" column.

According to the Harvard School of Public Health, drinking coffee will make sure you never want to kill yourself. It found that people who drink 4 cups of coffee a day are HALF as likely to commit suicide as people who don't drink any coffee at all. Half, is pretty significant.

Now while the study did point out that if you really are seriously "depressed" coffee alone is probably not enough to help you, for those who are more typical it works great. The coffee acts as a Anti-depressant and triggers your brain to release, serotonin and dopamine , both are essential for the feeling of "well being".

So go ahead, drink up and smile, Monday is only once a week.
