This past year has been a major growth year.  No, it's not the economy, stupid.  I'm speaking about the major growth of friendships.  Cyber friendships, if you will.

There are over 300 meeeeeellion people on Facebook.  It's getting bigger every day.  And they're adding new features all the time.  CNET Online says:

Facebook has launched a feature called "Friendship Pages," which lets users load up the interactions between themselves and individual friends, or between any two friends, on the social network. You'll see their posts on one another's walls, events to which both RSVP'd, photos in which both are tagged, and other interactions that you would otherwise be able to access on either friend's profile (i.e. nothing that wouldn't otherwise be public)....

I feel alot more in the loop now.  Between our morning show page and my own personal one, we have a sizable group of "buddies".   A far cry from the beginning of the year when   I had 17 friends TOTAL!    I was more than depressed about the matter.   This parody was written in a very "manic" state...

I guess this one deserves a rewrite, thanks to all the great WGNA listeners as well as others I've known or met along the way.   Thank you for being a friend!!!   If you want to join the party, go to our Sean and Richie Page and please "like" us!!!   Cuz we "like" YOU!!
