What is your favorite thing about cruising?

The beautiful scenery and opportunity to meet and become friends with so many other people.

How long have you been teaching Country Line Dancing and why do you like it?

Teaching country dancing 11 years for University Medical Center & Hodges Community Center. I just love to country dance.  The music just fills my soul with joy.  If I ever feel blue, just dancing lifts my spirits!

For people who have never line danced before, why should they try?

Line dance helps lower blood pressure & cholesterol, helps build stamina, & creates better balance. Line dance is medically proven to be one of the very best forms of exercise to  help ward off dementia that can lead to Alzheimers.  It is the mental process of memorizing steps combined with physical exertion that help keep these problems a lower risk factor.
