I am an American citizen as are most all of you reading this. I am not afraid. I am not afraid because I am an American.Terror is supposed to make us afraid to leave our homes and go out and live our life. It is the hope of those that enact acts of terror to make us just go to work, go home and contribute nothing to the economy out of fear that we may get hurt just by trying to go to a mall or a grocery store or a park. The more of these cowardly acts I see as we recently witnessed in Boston the more resolute I am in living my life to the fullest. I want to go out more, do more, and stand proud that as Americans we can roam free and do whatever we want to short of breaking the law. I know I am not the only one that feels this way. That is what the terrorists just don't get. The places in the world that terrorism succeeds are the places in which the citizens have for the most part never experienced 100% total freedom. I actually have to say that we may be the only country in the world that does this, and that is why we will never allow anyone to take that from us. I more than likely will be heading to Boston in the near future for a Keith Urban concert and I won't be afraid at all. I will be happy as hell pumping expensive gasoline, getting the tickets and driving freely from New York to Massachusetts. Our forefathers and those who serve us today all over the world are doing it so that we can "rock and roll all night and party everyday" to quote the immortal Kiss. Honor that and keep living free and large America. Never be afraid.
