When Garth Brooks was in the Capital Region for the first time after 20 years back in March, it was exciting. I don't know if I've ever felt that kind of energy in the Times Union Center before. It truly was an experience rather than a concert. It was the first time I was able to see the man himself in person and the way he commands a stage is unlike anything else.
