Thing is EVERYONE in cycling appears to be cheating in one way or another. I don't say this to excuse him but rather to stop The International Cycling Union from trying to make him THE villain of cycling.

I don't know if he cheated or not, if I had to guess I would say he did something but they still haven't proven it. The beauty is EVERYONE was cheating. So I ask if EVERYONE is cheating is ANYONE really cheating?
