There are just a few days left 'til Turkey Day!

Besides having turkey, it’s a Thanksgiving Day tradition to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on tv.

It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is next week.

The 66th Annual Turkey Trot is just around the corner and if you've never participated, it's definitely something to consider.

I know the big controversy right now is the merits or hazards of stores being opened on Thanksgiving Day.  I happen to think it's a good thing.  I have five reasons why.

Thanksgiving is a day that most of us get together with our families and think about what we’re thankful for.

As it has become custom now with major chain box stores across the country, Thanksgiving is no longer a time for employees to relax with their families while being thankful for what they have. No, it's all about the "consumer demand" and the need to open earlier and earlier every year to make that extra dollar. Case and point, this year is probably the worst to date.

Seems like everyone is trying to come up with the next big thing in food. Every state fair you go to seems to have something completely unbelievable that they have deep fried for you, everybody got on the pretzel roll craze, and yes, it seems everyone is looking for a new way to experience the doughnut.
