We have a great friend here at the radio ranch.  Her name is Margaret Evon-Laier.  We call her DMV Margaret, actually.  Well, when "DMV" has a favor to ask, we jump to it.  And this is a great event in honor of someone very special in her life.

As anyone who's life has been touched by cancer will tell you any chance to raise awareness and money to fight it is a cause worth your time! The Sean and Richie Show spoke with Lynette Stark form the Susan G. Komen Foundation this morning about the Race For The Cure.

On Sunday, September 25 Riverfront Park in Rensselaer was the starting point of a very unique fundrasier.  Hundreds of people filled the park and street to dance for a cure!  Led by yours truly, Lou Roberts, County Executive Kathy Jimino and a handful of our regular 'Country Kickers,' we filled the streets with dance and music to show our support.
