I should start by saying that this video you are about to watch is "Not Safe For Work" due to language but I can also say that it is damn funny. While I am pretty sure that is primarily what it is meant to be , comedy, I also actually think it works. After watching this video and doing what it instructed me to do , I really did feel a little more relaxed.

Are you feeling left out at work?  Maybe at school?  Do your kids ignore what you say?   The answer doesn't necessarily lie in expensive therapy.  You can get off alot cheaper and get the same effect.  Break out your old teddy bear!
