OK, Latham.  I have to hand it to you.  You ruined my theory about writing these songs.  Let me explain, and then I'll play you what I have for Latham, NY.

By now you have probably heard that Sonic Drive Thru will soon be opening it's first location in the Capital Region in Latham in June, with more set to open in the area. So according to New 10 ABC's website, they are having a job fair today through Saturday in an effort to hire 100 full and part time positions.

Today is the day! Well, the day we will see the Sonic sign in the Capital Region.

We've been hearing rumors of a Sonic opening here in the Capital Region, it became official in December when the company announced 8 new drive-ins would be opened throughout the area. The first location will open in Latham this spring, but the specific address has yet to be announced...

The new Capital Region Sonic Drive In will be built. It's not a question of if or even when anymore, but one question does remain: where? No specific plans have been made for a physical location, but it seems to be a sure thing that they are at least looking in our area to build.
