Scholarship

If your child likes to doodle, sketch or draw, their artwork could be worth a thirty thousand dollar scholarship.

If you live in the Glens Falls area, you're well aware of the legend of Joseph Girard III.  Well the legend continues to grow as this high school junior can add another impressive accomplishment to his already amazing resume: a basketball scholarship to play for Coach K and the Duke Blue Devils.

I grew up in Mechanicville, a small town with a ton of pride. Anytime someone does well from Mechanicville, I like to highlight them and hope they get the recognition they deserve. This time, it's a linebacker for the UAlbany Great Danes.

Back in August a community was devastated by the loss of 16-year old Morgan Bowers who was struck and killed by an Amtrak train while walking along the tracks. Two months later, as we approach Halloween a local family is doing something special for those she left behind.
