When we heard our childhood was closing, we were crushed. Apparently we didn't have to wait too long because they opened their first US retail store and it's not too far away.

Another major retailer is filing for bankruptcy and closing stores all over the country. It looks as if the one in Crossgates Mall may be on the chopping block.

The state of California will crack down on the puppy mill industry by enforcing a new law that will forbid the retail sale of dogs, cats, and bunny rabbits from pet stores.  As a result, California will be the first state to do make it illegal to sell these animals unless they're from a shelter.   Should New York do it next?

It seems that every week there is another major credit card breech. Well, I'm sorry to break it to you, but there is yet another one to report. This one hit one of the largest retailers in the country with a store in Crossgates Mall.
