Monday's (May 20) devastating tornado in Moore, Okla. touched the hearts of country music's biggest stars, and more than a few were left worrying about friends and family they knew in the area. The state is home to some of the biggest names in country music -- Carrie Underwood, Garth Brooks, Toby Keith, Vince Gill and Blake Shelton are just a few who have roots there, with one superstar having grown up in Moore.

Any parent's worst nightmare is their child being hurt. The only thing that could be worse is if your child was hurt and you couldn't help. This fear has become even more real to me after what happened at Cook Park in Colonie Monday night. An 11-year-old boy was struck by a pitch in the chest that caused his heart to stop. The only reason this little guy had a chance to make a full recovery is because police and EMT's were able to restart his heart with CPR and a defibrillator.
