Could I give you the top ten best restaurants in Schenectady? Sure, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're places you can afford. Instead, being that it is my hometown, let me give you a list that's not only delicious but also cost effective!

My wife, Dorrie  and I had a unique opportunity. We were invited by the President of First National Bank Of Scotia, John Buhrmaster,  to a special screening recently of the new "A Place Beyond The Pines" movie.  We got to see the stars too - in person.  The local ones, I mean!

As filming of "A Place Beyond the Pines" continues in Schenectady, Eva Mendes is being seen more and more on the streets of the city.
