Set to open its doors on March 12 in Schenectady, Vice & Virtue is the latest venture to grace the former Pinhead Susan's location. Owners Tim Rankins and Julie Moscheo have diligently revamped the space, introducing a fresh interior with a new bar and contemporary decor.
