With spring weather ahead, more people will be hitting the trails to enjoy leisurely hikes and strolls. This is sparking questions if it's legal to carry pepper spray for self defense.

Police officers in Rochester have been suspended after body camera video caught them mishandling a minor while responding to a 'family-trouble' call.   While officers attempted to deescalate the situation,  pepper spray and handcuffs were used on a 9-year-old girl after she apparently refused to comply with their orders.

A man from Cambridge is in trouble with the law, and facing several charges, after he allegedly injured three police officers from the Cambridge-Greenwich Police Department.

A teen is in some trouble with the law, after she was caught for allegedly shoplifting, and then allegedly used pepper spray on several people in Crossgates Mall.
