Well, I've already written about Troy, Watervliet, and Cooperstown. Learned alot, and had a great time doing it! Your Town Thursday is on a definite roll! Time to add one more to the list. The town is Grafton, NY. It has a gorgeous state park.

Spring is here in the Capital Region. Can you think of a nicer place to be than upstate NY during this time of year? There's always a ton of things to do around these parts. But I'm going to add one more to your already overloaded plate-the local Locks comprising of the historic Erie Canal System
We have been on the lookout for the most awesome, "over the top" school playground in the Capital Region. And we found one that was so cool that I packed up the keyboard, drove out there and wrote a song with the kids that explains just how amazing it is!

Don't scream at me yet! Not trying to take sides politically. To me it matters not how you vote. This is just a comment about the issue in general.
I probably sound like a broken record (or CD), but once again, the satisfaction that comes from visiting an elementary school in the Capital Region can't actually be explained in a blog or on the air for that matter. It's one of those "you had to be there" moments.
