Lanes on Northway Closed Wednesday & Thursday Night

A project to replace the bridge carrying Route 9p over I-87 will be causing some delays on the Northway this week. The original plans to close lanes on the Northway by Exit 14 will be delayed, however, a day due to the weather. The work will involve closing all northbound lanes at four different points during the night.

If you’re heading out, tonight, you should avoid the northway at exit 15 in Wilton. There’s a car/pedestrian accident under the route 50 overpass. police are diverting traffic off the northway at the exit. The road will remain closed until about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
