Carrie Underwood is one of the most beautiful people in country music, both inside and out. Many of us try to workout to get her incredible legs. Others try to replicate her makeup. Well if you are looking to have her smooth skin, Carrie's secret is probably in your kitchen.

In my pre-teen years, Claire's was everything. There wasn't a mall visit when I didn't stop at that store and grab makeup or hair stuff so it scares me to think that makeup aimed at young girls has been found with asbestos.

When I look to buy Birthday or Christmas presents for my younger cousins, one of the first places I stop is Justice (formerly Limited Too) and now it's been released that some of their makeup has an alarming ingredient.

This morning on the show we went over a list of the 10 common things that women do to their bodies that men hate. Here's the list - 1.  Too much make-up.  31% of guys said it's their least-favorite look! 2.  Botox, 17% of men say don't do it...

There are hundreds of girls and women on youtube trying to make a dollar teaching other women how to do their makeup.  And, don't get me wrong, I love it!  I have learned so much about how to apply makeup and take care of my skin from those girls...

This morning we talked about this stinky subject on the show, and we posted it on our Facebook page too. And, despite the stats that I'm about to share with you, our overwhelming response to the question "How often do you shower?" was a resounding "daily...

We've all seen these shots before.  I guess you can't watch a train wreck too many times. But as I think about it, these pictures should bring home a very important point about the whole "beauty" thing.
