The owner of the limousine that was involved in the 2018 crash that killed 20 people in Schoharie County pleaded guilty in court yesterday and received his sentencing.

In the months following the horrific Schoharie limo crash that took the lives of 20 people, efforts are being made to prevent such a tragedy again.  License plates have recently been stripped off dozens of vehicles, and while nothing can ever 100 percent ensure our passenger safety, this at least appears to be a start.

As the entire area continues to try to make sense of the tragedy, the Governor said that the driver did not have the proper license to operate the vehicle and the vehicle itself had failed inspection.
