Sometimes I have to wonder what in the world some people are thinking. Why would this hospital in Garth Brooks hometown come to him for a donation, promise him a dedication to his Mom, then go back on the promise. Well, in fairness they say they never made that promise to Garth, but I have to believe that if he gave them a half of a million dollars, he probably was under the impression the memorial to his Mom would be part of that deal.

A police officer gave a woman a speeding ticket, and then he tracked her down and asked her to go out to dinner. This happened outside of Chicago, in Stickney, Illinois.
