But it hasn't been an easy path for "The Road Less Traveled" singer as she tells GNA that she's battled exhaustion, mental as well as physical stress, and broken ribs on her way to potential mirror ball glory.

The country singer and dance partner Gleb Savchenko performed a jive to "Hound Dog," originally made famous by Elvis Presley -- her nana's favorite artist.

The "Road Less Traveled" singer and one-time American Idol runner up was announced on Wednesday morning.
