A Quick Observation About Early Morning Albany Area Joggers
March 19, 2012 This is just pure opinion, but I just can't hold back anymore about this issue. I nearly killed someone the other day while trying to get to the station here on Kings Road in Schenectady. Let this be a warning, joggers.
