As of 10:40am, National Grid is reporting that Warren and Saratoga Counties are still seeing large numbers of people without power.  In Warren County, 17,490 houses are without power, in Saratoga County 21,000 homes are in the dark with Schenectady (24,000) and Albany (22,000) counties still in the dark too. In the aftermath of Tropical Storm Irene, we also see several road closures.
