I watch these Olympic sports and I get jealous. My asthma doesn't allow a lot of cardio in my life. Don't get me wrong, I've played softball forever at this point, even when it wasn't easy to breathe. But alas, I'm not Olympian worthy. It did get me thinking though.

If you didn't know, Burnt Hills graduate Nick Delpopolo was vying for a bronze medal earlier today but sadly came up on the losing end.

Today was a hard show for me. I was tired all morning but I can't complain because staying up to see the U.S. Women's Gymnastics Team win the gold was well worth it.
