Lego sets have always been fun for kids and adults. Now the makers of Lego are creating specific sets for adults with a special purpose.

I have no idea when or why things changed when buying board games and fun family games. I was shopping this weekend and couldn't believe the titles and the games that are out now. The majority of them had to do with bodily functions.

Everything old is new again and this very cool gaming system will be returning in a miniature form just in time for the holidays. You may want to get it for your kids or just keep it for yourself.

I would say that Monopoly is one of the best board games ever made. There are a ton of different themes too. Now a popular 90's television show is becoming a theme to the latest Monopoly game.

CrossFit takes strength, skill, it takes time and dedication to the cardio and weight heavy challenges. My poor little asthmatic lungs couldn't handle it when I attempted back in 2012. I had to be one on one with my coach and the classes molded to me, which included more dead lifts than box jumps.

I have to say that this one is different though, in many ways. I think the differences are what is making this game such a worldwide phenomena right now.
