Here's the "Daily Dilemma" for Thursday, January 5th, 2012:

Everyone need a friend from time to time, and I like to be there for someone who needs a shoulder as much as anyone. This isn't the situation in today's dilemma, what we are talking about here is that friend I think most of us have or have had in our lives. You adore them but sometimes you just cant deal with all the drama, and you more than 50% of the time let her go to voice mail.

Today's Dilemma dealt with a friend who wanted to help another friend in need. They said that they admired this woman who had always worked hard to take care of herself and her son, but had recently fallen on hard times. Our listener is doing well and wanted to help but their friend was too proud to accept it...

Recently our great friends ( who may want to remain nameless, so I will play it safe) invited two other couples and us to their Clifton Park, NY home (whoops--TMI!!)  for dinner to celebrate Dorrie's belated birthday (I would tell you how old she is, but I'll play that safe too!). I won't give you ALL the details here-- 'cept for one.
