I lived with a single Mom so maybe I'm missing something with this but I read that the Troy City School District sponsored National Dads Take Your Kids to School Day, it confused me.

It never fails, I’m in the car with my soon to be 21 month old son Brody, listening to GNA, and it happens. Every time Zac Brown Band’s “My Old Man” comes on the radio, I get all the “feels.”

Today the phones went nuts over the Daily Dilemma. We had a great question from a listener who needed to know how to handle an ex-husband who is not a good father. She wasn't sure if she should continue to put on a happy face and sugar coat the situation when he let his daughter down, or go ahead and just tell her daughter that he just isn't as good of a father as she wished he was.

Oil prices hit $120 a barrel yesterday thanks to the craziness in Libya. That will translate into nearly $4 a gallon or higher gas prices very soon.

I always look forward to Valentine cards each year.

Deadbeat Dad, you hear that expression all the time.  It drives me crazy.  There is no such thing.  And I feel qualified to talk a little about Fatherhood.  I am one.  Actually I like to think I'm a Dad.  You see, I think there are different terms for the people who have fathered children and not all of them apply to everyone...
