The 27 year-old signed a free agent contract with the Jets prior to the 2021 season and was hurt during a non-contact drill during training camp. He has never played a regular season snap for Gang Green. That's special but Lawson has been in the NFL since 2017. Something else will make Sunday an "emotional" game for him.
