It didn't take much -- maybe just a pinch or a skosh -- but the spice added to Easton Corbin's new song 'All Over the Road' will leave fans and followers looking at him a bit differently. It's wholesome enough to be mother-approved, but saucy enough to leave daughters interested.

After much consideration and voting, the Country Radio Broadcasters (CBR) have come to a final decision about which country music newcomers will make up the 2013 New Faces showcase, which will be held next year during Country Radio Seminar (CRS).

It's easy to heap praise on Easton Corbin's sophomore album for the same reasons fans and critics enjoyed his self-titled debut. 'All Over the Road' is full of traditional country music that goes down like a spoonful of George Strait's sugar. However, Corbin misses an opportunity to identify himself with this 11-song project.

I'm lucky to host the biggest Country Dance Nights in the Albany Area.  Every Fall I look forward to bringing my All-Country parties to Vapor at Saratoga Casino and Raceway, the area's premier nightclub.  I'm happy to announce the big 'Country' fall line-up for 2012, which includes another special guest star.

Of the new crop of country singers that have jumped onto the scene over the past two years I am a big fan of Easton Corbin. He has a traditional country sound that reminds a lot of country music fans of a young George Strait.
